Getting to build a little BearHugs family has been one of the best things in the entire world. It’s mad to think that Sian and Lyndsey have been Senders of Hugs for over a year now! I genuinely couldn’t imagine life without them. The love, warmth and compassion they bring to BearHugs HQ and show to our customers makes my heart swell ❤️ Lyndsey is now our customer service queen, with part of her role being getting back to customers in the evenings as well as the day. Sian is now Hug Supplies Manager and does an amazing job of checking in with all the fab makers who create treats for our boxes.
