Charlotte, our wonderful Online Hugs Assistant, originally joined BearHugs as a volunteer back when Faye was still sending hugs from her spare bedroom. Charlotte has always been a huge supporter of BearHugs and we are incredibly happy to say that she is now a fully-fledged employee, working with the BearHugs family part-time around her studies. If you chat with us on Instagram, it will most likely be the lovely Charlotte that you get to talk to. We count ourselves very lucky to have Charlotte as the wonderful friendly face behind our social media.

At BearHugs, we are proud to be a Disability Confident employer. 

The Disability Confident scheme is a government-run scheme which supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to the workplace.

Hug Donation Assistant Applications Closed

Over the last few weeks we've been overwhelmed by the number of people who have sent across applications for our Hug Donation Assistant role. We always thought there would be a need for flexible part-time opportunities but the response to this role has completely blown us away. Applications for the post closed on Friday but as soon as we can offer other similar roles in the future we absolutely will.
