The important thing is to think about the person you’re sending to. If you know they have dietary restrictions or particular foods they struggle with when they’re unwell, a little consideration can make your gift feel all the more personal.

When you’re stuck in bed recovering from an illness, cosy treats are essential! Whenever I’m having a bedrest day, a few cosy treats can really make me feel more relaxed and help me to rest up faster.
