How it works

1. Choose your treats

Browse our selection of gifts and goodies below.

When you come across something that’s the right fit for your loved one, just click “Add to basket”.

Top Tip: Use our handy "filters" to help you find the best treats for your loved one.

2. Add your personalised message

Next, head to your basket where you can add a gift message for an extra personal touch.

Don’t forget to include your name so your lucky hug recipient knows who it’s from!

3. Choose a delivery option and check out

Once you're happy with your selections, simply click check out.

You will be given the option to choose a delivery service and your preferred secure payment method.

If you'd like us to send a gift directly to your recipient, you can provide their address as the Shipping Address.

4. Sit back and relax

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll carefully pack your selections in one of our signature “hug” gift boxes.

We have four different box sizes available and will choose the box that’s the best fit.

We’ll then send your gift safely on its way.

You’ll receive confirmation that’s it’s en route within one working day!
