They really are gluten-free cookies like no other we have ever tried. A special blend of flours (none of that sand-like rice flour found in so much wheat-free baking) and generous proportions of delicious additions make for indulgent treats that anyone can truly enjoy. In addition to being gluten-free, they are also vegan, organic and palm oil free.
Ingredients: Oatflour**, Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips 21% (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Emulsifier: Soya lecithin), Margarine (Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Almond Butter, Carrot Juice, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Flavour, Lemon Juice), Tapioca Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt*, Raising Agent*: Ammonium Carbonate.*Non Organic.
